Refund policy
At Fimibo, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and store credit process.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
✔ Certain items such as personalized or final-sale products may not be eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@fimibo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
✔ Refunds will be issued as store credit.
✔ It may take 5-7 business days for the store credit to reflect in your account.
✔ If you haven’t received your store credit after this period, please contact us at admin@fimibo.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at admin@fimibo.com with photos of the issue.
Order Cancellations
✔ Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement.
✔ If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can return it once received.
